“Desert Pipes,” the second single of JFA’s upcoming Last Ride LP, pays sonic tribute to the gargantuan concrete cylinders found sprinkled throughout the desert wastelands of eastern Arizona in the late 70s. Video footage captures the hearty crew of young rippers that braved the threat of rattlesnakes, scorpions and security guards to explore the upper reaches of the over-vertical realm in defiance of the laws of gravity and men.
