Sacred Reich in Thrasher Magazine 1990

AZPX has been getting some heat for making skateboards with non-skateboarding entities and we are here to shut them the fuck up! Sacred Reich was featured in the ‘Zounds’ article of Thrasher, December 1990 along with BL’AST!, Revolting Cocks, Skatenigs and the White Kaps. Read it and weep: “There’s no difference between us and our fans except that we have guitars and drums,” states Phil Rind, bassist and vocalist of Sacred Reich. This attitude, combined with socially aware lyrics and some of the heaviest music you’re bound to hear, has made Sacred Reich a household word among thrash fans worldwide. With two strong LPs (Ignorance and The American Way), an EP (Surf Nicaragua), several trips to Europe and a few jaunts around the states behind them, the future looks good for this Phoenix four-piece. “Hopefully people will find us a positive thing and like us more and more,” Phil says, “but we’ll never be rock stars or millionaires – it’s not in our cards.” -Mike Lavella Thrasher link here.
