Nowhere Blossoms

This photo of the surviving members of JFA playing ‘Nowhere Blossoms‘ is where things really started to hit home for me during the Celebration of Life for Bam Bam last week at The Rhythm Room. JFA played an electric set minus their original drummer Mike Sversvold. There has been so much loss lately it hasn’t really caught up to me yet. The boys playing ‘Nowhere Blossoms‘ was the beginning of the healing process for me.

After months of planning, the memorial went down and we raised around 6K for the Sversvold Family. A huge shout out to Dee Moreno who navigated us through the whole process, along with CeCe Holley, Michael Pistrui, Jeremie Bacpac, Tony Karaba, Tara Locker, Tony Victor, ALL THE BANDS, The Rhythm Room and anyone else I missed. Check out Dee’s amazing video she made that was played at the event. Much love Bam, thank you for influencing a generation of Skate Rockers!
